Doma Wang, chef and restauranter by profession is the co-owner of the ‘The Blue Poppy’ which has its branches in Kolkata and Siliguri.

She started her journey in 1992, making and self-delivering momos from the humble kitchen of her Salt Lake home, at a time when the concept of home chefs was little-known. She also ranks #19 on Culinary Culture’s list of #India’sTop30Chefs 2022. A single mother, she has overcome societal stigma and gained acclaim for her work.
