Ridhima works in both Bengali cinema and television. She made her acting debut in 2007 and television debut in 2009. She has, since then appeared in several Tv shows and Bengali movies like Rajkahini, Rangmianti, Dwityo Purush. She has also worked on short films and web series like The Big Bong Connection and Byomkesh.

She has been working consistently and her films have garnered significant acclaim. Her work has been featured in international film festivals. She hopes she can bring happiness to her audience through her work.
